Hey, thinkers! I know it has been a little....okay, a long time, sense i have posted anything. At all. I'm so lazy. Anyway, back on topic! When i first wake up, I let my dog out of her crate and...use the bathroom. Hey, don't we all? After this, I put some hot water on the stove to boil and choose a cup ( I normally get a GINORMOUS one!! :D) and a tea. I always drink green tea ( Except at night when i drink tea, because it has caffeine in it.) when i do drink tea, but i have flavored green teas. Honestly, i prefer plain. Now, I know what you are all thinking, " Why the heck is she talking about green tea? This is about skin care!!", Green tea is full of antioxidants, a ton of which are great for the skin. Next, i hydrate my skin. I put lotion on my hands, arms, and legs, and then a small amount of coconut oil on my face, Just enough to hydrate my skin. I then go about my day as normal until the evening. At around 8:30 I start my routine. I alternate the scrubs that I use, for about 4 months now, i have only used natural scrubs that i have made at home. These are super cheap, and effective. The only thing i might ever change is to add in another homemade scrub that cleanses, and exfoliates, or I may change from coconut oil for a moisturizer, to a different moisturizer. I basically go like this-
GT scrub
GS scrub
no scrub
GT
GS
no scrub
etc. I first wash my face with soap and a washrag, scrubbing gently to get off dead skin cells, but not irritating the skin. Next, I will apply my DIY scrub that I am to use that night. I will move my fingers in circular motions, exfoliating and cleansing the skin, after which I leave it evenly spread out on my face for about 10 minuets, letting my skin drink up all the good vitamins and the things that you need for healthy skin, out of the scrub, using it like a mask. I then use my Olay Pro-X sonic cleansing thingy mabober to exfoliate ( I honestly have to clue what the machine is called, but i provided a link in the title of the kit so you can see for yourself what i am talking about.). I then rinse the scrub/mask off of my face. Next, i apply coconut oil all over my face in a very, very generous amount. Then, I go about my room doing whatever and then head to bed with the oil on my face so it can soak in over night. I go about my next day the same, at least when it comes to my skin. Well, guys, now this has brought up a question hasn't it? " May! Hello! aren't you going to show us the recipes for your awesome face scrubs??!!" Well, actually, yes! But, i am not going to take credit for the recipes for the scrubs. The person I actually learned it from is Bubz from bubzbeauty.com . She has some great posts so go check her out! Thanks for reading and i hope you enjoyed! Keep your eye out for the recipes for the scrubs! Bye everyone!
